Let's Talk

The first step is
a conversation.

A free 30-minute consult where you tell me about your child.

From consult to first session.

1

Book a consult

Free. 30 minutes. We talk about your child and what you're seeing.

2

We decide together

If it feels like a good fit on both sides, we move forward.

3

Assessment

I assess your child and build a roadmap based on where they actually are.

4

Sessions begin

Weekly 1:1 online sessions. Structured, consistent, and measurable.

What we cover in 30 minutes.

  • 01
Your child What you're seeing at school and at home. What's been tried. What's coming up.
  • 02
The gaps I'll ask specific questions about reading and writing. This helps me understand where the real challenges might be before we even assess.
  • 03
The approach I'll explain how I work and what explicit, systematic instruction looks like in practice, so you know exactly what you're considering.
  • 04
Your questions This is your time too. Bring everything you've been wondering. There are no bad questions here.
  • 05
Next steps If it feels like a fit, we'll talk about scheduling, assessment, and what to expect. If it's not right, I'll tell you honestly and point you in a better direction.

Ongoing

Weekly sessions

1:1 sessions, structured and consistent. Full progress reports in December and June, plus a summary report in March. I'm available by email in between.

Is this the right fit?

Children who do well here

  • Reading, writing, or spelling is a consistent struggle
  • Your child has ADHD, dyslexia, or a processing difference, diagnosed or suspected
  • You want explicit, systematic instruction with an individualized plan behind it
  • The school experience has been discouraging and you want to change that
  • You're looking for a consistent weekly rhythm and want to stay informed along the way

A few honest caveats

  • I focus on literacy and executive function, not homework help or subject tutoring
  • All sessions are online, anywhere in Canada
  • I work best with families who can commit to a regular weekly schedule
  • Not sure if it's a fit? I'm happy to figure it out with you, that's exactly what the free consult is for

Let's talk about your child.

30 minutes. Free. No pressure. Just a real conversation about what your child needs.
